Easier handling for returned goods:

1. Every delivery comes with a return form and an address label for easier returns.
(For end customers the order amount needs to exceed 40,00€)

2. If you wish to return your goods, fill in the return form and include it to the goods.
Place the return label on the parcel so it is ready to ship. (Of course you have the option to
ship your items by other means. However, please make sure that, in this case, the items are insured because
we assume no liability for this kind of shipment.)

3. Arrange collection with the shipping partner that supplied your original parcel.
